Any person who wishes to enter the Real Estate profession, and those who previously entered and are still non-compliant, must do this qualification – it is the law!

The qualification consists of 3 distinct sections or Modules where Knowledge and Practical assignments culminate in a final log of Workplace Experience to be signed off by the Principal or assigned mentor and Training Provider.

In short, The six Modules comprise of the following main topics:

1. Contracts and Legislation
2. Property Practitioners’ Code of Conduct
3. Client Relationships
4. Brand Reputation
5. Real Estate Duties and Transactions
6. Financial Aspects

Having attained the qualification will aid in professional conduct and enhanced real estate knowledge and practical know-how to ensure success as a Property Practitioner.

The entry requirement for this qualification is FETC Real Estate NQF 4 (SAQA 59097) or OC: Real Estate Agent Level 4 (SAQA 118714)

The knowledge acquired will equip you to manage a real estate agency, and specifically:

• Oversee compliance with relevant legal statutes and policies
• Manage sustainable operations of real estate agency
• Develop, promote, and maintain sustainable relationships with all stakeholders

• Develop and Manage an Organisational Plan for an Estate Agency.
• Ensure efficient management of the agency’s organisational resources.
• Manage Compliance with Regulatory Requirements for Registered Organisations.
• Provide Estate Agency Mentorship and Support.
• Oversee Management of the Agency’s Social Responsibility.
• Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders critical to estate agency functioning.

WORK EXPERIENCE MODULES

• Conduct Market Analysis Processes for Estate Agency Operations.
• Procedures for Developing and Managing Organisational Plans for Estate Agency.
• Procedures for Efficient Management of The Organisational Resources of the Agency.
• Compliance Processes to Regulatory Requirements for Registered Organisations.
• Estate Agency Mentorship and Support Processes.
• Processes for Critical Stakeholder Management.

On the successful completion of the course, the Academy will issue you with a final statement of results and notify the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO).

The external summative assessment (EISA) will be conducted at an accredited assessment centre where practical tasks and theoretical questions will be evaluated. The assessment will take place over a one-day period. The cost for the EISA is still unknown and it will be payable by the learner directly to the QCTO. Certification will take place on completion of the EISA.
